Take for instance the rivalry between Axel Kiciloff and Rodriguez Larreta. Whose territory has more fatalities? Where has crime risen more? Where is there more “civil disobedience”? Whose public image has risen and whose has dropped? Their personal, private interests, always above ours, the people’s.
