There’s a song by Elton John which suits President Javier Milei’s attitude: “Sorry seems to be the hardest word.” Why can’t he just apologise for his mistakes, for his more than frequent “faux pas”? I believe Milei has become his worst enemy nowadays, much worse than the opposition. He’s so arrogant, so self-conceited, so egotistical! “Errare humanum est,” right? Can’t he just admit that he messed it up when he “promoted” information about the “$LIBRA” memecoin on social media? He would have saved lots of trouble and criticism. Is it that hard? Sometimes our President behaves like a spoilt child. His temper tantrums don’t fit his role. In his interview with Jony Viale, he finally admitted that he has just realised he can no longer be himself, but has to bear in mind that he’s now the President of Argentina. High time, Mr. President! It’s never too late. I do hope you’ve learnt the lesson well.
