It’s amazing how certain things have changed in Argentina since the “PASOS”, last August. Not even in our wildest dreams could we have pictured CFK’s candidate Insaurralde being interviewed on “TN” by a couple of Clarin journalists. Nor his stating publicly that the inflation rate is actually higher than the one released by INDEC statistics agency. How come both Berni and Scioli now admit that crime is not just a paranoid feeling? What about the Income Tax Law overnight reform? Will these measures last longer than 45 days, I wonder. Isn’t this sudden change of attitude on the Government’s part somehow too good to be true? Beware of Greeks bearing gifts…
