Who’s to blame for La Libertad Avanza’s lousy performance in the September 7 elections in Buenos Aires Province? Undoubtedly, Javier Milei himself. His lack of empathy, his aggressive discourse, his insulting language, paying more attention to figures than to flesh and blood people, his vanity (one of the seven deadly sins), his constant bragging, lack of dialogue with the opposition, war against the media, his narrow-mindedness and stubbornness, the ‘$LIBRA’ scam, the ANDIS bribery scandal, among other huge mistakes, they all account for his brutal loss. He and his boot-licking entourage have dug their own graves. No wonder they’ve been so scandalously beaten. They got what they deserved. Will his administration change course before October elections, I wonder? If not, Einstein’s quote would explain such behaviour: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.” Sigh…
